About the role:

Your main focus is driving discovery for our international artists and keeping them at the center of the cultural conversation in the Nordics. Reporting to the Head of International (Nordics), you’ll lead our regional approach to content, creator campaigns, and earned media.

We need someone who can turn big ideas into measurable results, making sure our campaigns don’t just get views, but actually build a loyal fanbase. It’s a mix of creative gut instinct and a smart, performance-driven strategy, all built on a deep understanding of how music fans actually hang out and interact online.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes music and social media. You’re likely chronically online and always know what’s hitting right now. You instinctively know how fans move across platforms and can turn those insights into high-impact campaigns that keep our roster at the center of the conversation.

A little bit about our team:

We’re a Stockholm-based Nordic International team looking after Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. We’re a tight-knit group of five from Finland and Sweden, all sharing a massive passion for music and a love for the kind of creative stunts that get people talking.

This role works closely with our International Marketing Managers to drive growth across the region. We were the first to break artists like sombr, Benson Boone and Alex Warren, and we’re constantly working on huge campaigns for superstars like Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Charli xcx, Ed Sheeran, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and many more. We’re all about taking that local Nordic spark and scaling it regionally, whether that's breaking international acts here or taking our own artists to the world.

Here you’ll get to:

- Lead the way on how we work with creators, fans, and content across the Nordics to support our International acts. Your main mission is to drive artist growth by building smart creator campaigns and tapping into fan communities. You’ll make sure our local content moves are perfectly in sync with our global artist goals.

- Build and launch high-impact, content-led initiatives that link artist branding with active fan engagement, utilizing creators and organic exposure to drive cultural momentum.

- Based in Stockholm, you will architect our Nordic content strategies. Establish the framework for capturing, scaling, and distributing content across our channels. You will work closely with the Nordic international team and engage in weekly syncs with colleagues across the region. In addition to these regional collaborations, you will coordinate with our EMEA and Global teams to ensure alignment on shared strategies and unified campaign plans.

- Be our go-to expert on fan behavior and creator trends. You’ll turn platform insights into fresh, scalable ideas that help our artists grow across the Nordic region.

- Oversee and plan digital campaigns together with the paid marketing team

About you:

- At least 2-3 years of experience within a record label, agency, or digital media environment, specializing in audience development, creator partnerships, and content strategy, with a track record of strategic planning and the ability to lead marketing projects from conception to execution.

- You live and breathe music and have a genuine obsession with content-driven storytelling. You’re always the first to know what’s trending.

- Proven track record of creator, digital and content campaigns within a record label, entertainment group, or creative agency.

- You’re deeply plugged into the Nordic agency and creator scene, with a sharp eye for what’s trending in music across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Snapchat.

- A great communicator who's comfortable pitching ideas and getting people on board with new projects. You’re a natural at building relationships across different teams. English is essential, and if you speak a Nordic language, that’s a huge plus!

We’d love it if you also had:

- Nordic focus, global mindset: You know what's trending around music in the Nordics inside out but always keep an eye on the bigger global picture.

- Team player vibes: Experience working with international teams on big global campaigns.

- A solid network: You already have some great connections with creators and media across the region.

- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using data and analytics tools to see what’s working.
