Job Title: Coordinator, Impact Marketing EMEA

A little bit about our team:
The EMEA Regional Marketing team serves as the strategic hub connecting marketing resources across the region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while delivering cultural impact through localized execution. We lead core regional functions—including Artist Marketing, Paid Media, Creator Marketing, Platform Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics—embedding expertise and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance at every level. Our focus spans from delivering best-in-class campaign execution and optimization to unlocking platform partnerships and implementing data-driven insights for smarter decisions. By uniting marketing capabilities under shared objectives and common metrics, we enable EMEA to lead with innovation and maximize the success of our artists globally.
Your role:
You will support the execution of content-led, creator and UGC-driven impact campaigns across EMEA, helping to drive artist discovery, fandom and cultural relevance at scale. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Impact Marketing EMEA, this role sits at the center of campaign coordination across owned channels, creators, communities and earned media. You will work closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and with strong creative and performance standards.
Here you’ll get to:
- Support the execution of EMEA content, creator and UGC campaigns across multiple markets, including coordination of assets, timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in identifying and researching creators, cultural moments, fandom communities and trends relevant to regional campaign priorities.
- Help coordinate creator activations, fan-driven moments and content amplification across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat.
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, support reporting, and help surface learnings to inform future activity.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools, best practice documents and creator databases.
- Act as a key point of coordination between local market teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Monitor social, UGC and fandom trends across EMEA to flag emerging opportunities for artists and campaigns.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Impact Marketing team across ongoing projects.
About you:
- First experience or strong interest in creator marketing, social media, content or digital marketing.
- Strong passion for music, internet culture, fandom behavior and social platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn about creators, platforms and audience behavior.

- Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets and their unique cultural nuances.
- Interest in working on regional and global marketing campaigns.
- Early experience working with creators, social content or community-driven campaigns.
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics and media monitoring tools.
